“Preserving the Harvest.” In this series of four workshops, participants will learn the basics to food preservation techniques including canning jam and jelly, canning fruits and vegetables, storage and dehydration, and pickling. This will be a great opportunity for individuals to learn how to increase their consumption of local foods, and to enjoy the fruits of the harvest throughout the year!
Workshop runs from 10:00am to 1:00pm
